      <image:caption>It all started when I got into CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting when I was just 16 years old. Before long, I began my journey to qualify for the USA Weightlifting Junior Nationals and needed to cut weight – that’s when I hired my first nutrition coach. Not only did I successfully drop the weight by tracking macros, but I also fell in LOVE with the entire process (and yes, I qualified!).  My coach wasn’t just giving me macros and sending me on my way. They were helping me level up and become a better version of myself.</image:caption>
