I Coach From The Inside Of This, Not The Outside.

I got into CrossFit at 16. By the time I was competing in Olympic weightlifting, I was working with a nutrition coach to cut weight for Junior Nationals — and I qualified. That experience showed me exactly what the right system, applied to someone who's already working hard, can do.

Then I learned the other side. I overtrained. I under-recovered. I lost my period. I had to step away from the sport I loved and rebuild from scratch. That experience is why I coach the way I do.

I know what it costs when a high performer pushes hard without the right framework behind her. I know how to build a system that produces real, lasting results — without asking you to live inside a food journal or run yourself into the ground to get there.

Frequently Asked.

Do I need to be a competitive athlete?

No. But you do need to take your training and health seriously and hold yourself to a high standard. The women I work with train hard and want their nutrition to match — competitive background not required.


How long is the commitment?

Six months. Real change takes time, and a six-month commitment is what allows us to build, test, and actually lock in the system — not just get started and stop.


Is this covered by insurance or HSA/FSA?

What equipment or gym setup do I need?

Your training guidance is built around whatever access you have — whether that's a full gym, home setup, or anything in between.


Do you offer a discount for paying in full?

Yes — a 10% discount is available for clients who pay in full upfront.
