I got into CrossFit at 16, competed in Olympic weightlifting, and cut weight for Junior Nationals. That showed me what the right system can do. Then I learned the other side. I overtrained, under-recovered, lost my period, and had to step away from a sport I loved.
That experience is why I coach the way I do. As a former CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and powerlifting athlete, I understand what it costs when a high performer pushes hard without the right framework. I've been coaching women since 2015. Over a thousand clients. This isn't a side project. It's my craft.
