Fill out the application form so that we can assess your goals and see if we’re the right fit for each other.

Not everyone that applies is ready to begin and that’s why we have this screening process.

2️⃣ Meet Your Coach

I will reach out to you and provide an in-depth intake form to gather more information. This information is used to move forward when creating your plan. I love to get to know my future clients by asking lots of questions about intake, dieting history, goals, and anything else you can imagine. This is an important step in the process!

3️⃣ Onboard

You will receive all the start up resources from me as well as your nutrition plan, and get added to the client portal.

You’ll get information on how the process will be moving forward in terms of check ins, communication, etc. Your journey begins here!

  • Your coach will write a personalized training program based on whatever equipment you have access to.

  • If you are someone that has goals involving losing fat, gaining muscle, training for a competition, maintaining, or improving your health, then 1:1 Coaching is for you.

    If you enjoy having accountability and guidance from a coach, individualized programming, and learning the “why” behind what you’re doing, this is for you.

  • Yes, we do offer a 10% discount on PIF packages.
