So, what does 1:1 Coaching with A-Hub Nutrition look like? Glad you asked.

 We work together for 3, 6 or 12+ months on the following things:

1. Mindset

  • the first step to changing your behavior is becoming aware. Aware of what hasn’t worked and has worked, and how we can implement new things based on the goals you have. I am certified in health mindset behavior change, and I know how much this impacts an individual's progress which is why I place so much importance on it. Throughout working on mindset, this is where we can address and transform your relationship with food and exercise.

2. Metabolism Improvement

  • It's much easier for your body to progress with fat loss when you’re taking care of yourself and managing stressors. Hint: crash dieting on and off for 10+ years is a big stressor.. And most women have NEVER intentionally eaten at maintenance. It’s either all in completely restricting calories or going way overboard. Having an intentional phase of eating enough calories consistently is really important, mostly because most people are either eating 1200 calories or 3000 calories. There’s never any consistency with their intake. This can be important before a fat loss phase but especially after.

3. Lifestyle

  • It is possible to lose body fat and maintain that without gaining it back, regardless of what other programs have taught you. I’m sure it’s frustrating and makes you feel incapable or even like a failure due to the all or nothing rules and structure of other restrictive programs.

  • Well, our 1:1 program is NOT like that. Life will happen.. You will go out to social events, family dinners, parties, holiday events, date nights, and so many other things where food and alcohol will be involved and you’ll have to make decisions.

  • And through this program, you will learn how to navigate these events because of how much we’ve worked on practicing mindful eating and other eating skills, and because you know that you are capable of making decisions in alignment with your personal values.

  • You will also succeed in situations like these whether you over-eat or not, because you KNOW that one event/dinner/party will not “ruin” your progress as a whole. Other programs might make you feel that way, but not this one.

We address the things above for all individuals that work 1:1 but they’re always tailored to you and your unique lifestyle and situations. We make changes and adjustments as necessary while also providing coaching for mindset, forming new habits and behaviors, and so much more.

You get weekly check-ins through our client portal as well as 24/7 access to me through our client portal to help you and support you through your journey.

The level of communication and accountability in the 1:1 program is like no other, and it’s something that clients tell me endlessly that they’re thankful for.

  3. Daily check-ins through client portal to track your progress and reflect on your actions.

  4. Weekly detailed check-ins followed by video or voice response 1 business day after check-in submission, with feedback, reflection, etc.

  5. Access to your coach 24/6 and response within 24 hours.

  6. Access to resource library in the client portal

  7. Access to Macro Mastery course modules

 

1:1 Nutrition
& Training

$400-497/month depending on your package

This option is a combo package of 1:1 Nutrition coaching AND training programming personalized to your goals.

1️⃣ Apply

Fill out the application form so that we can assess your goals and see if we’re the right fit for each other.

Not everyone that applies is ready to begin and that’s why we have this screening process.

2️⃣ Meet Your Coach

I will reach out to you and provide an in-depth intake form to gather more information. This information is used to move forward when creating your plan. I love to get to know my future clients by asking lots of questions about intake, dieting history, goals, and anything else you can imagine. This is an important step in the process!

3️⃣ Onboard

You will receive all the start up resources from me as well as your nutrition plan, and get added to the client portal.

You’ll get information on how the process will be moving forward in terms of check ins, communication, etc. Your journey begins here!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • When it comes to getting real, lasting change with your nutrition and training protocols, it takes time. The average time a client spends with me working 1:1 is 9+ months. It’s a process and it doesn’t happen overnight!

  • Nope! I work with individuals that track macros and some that don’t. It’s not a requirement for your goals and some people utilize it at different seasons in their life depending on their goals at the moment.

  • I do not offer meal plans, as I want my clients to have the freedom to choose foods that they love and to have flexibility. I give you the knowledge and guidance to know how to create balanced meals and also stay within your calorie guidelines if you are currently tracking. Also, only registered dietitians are legally allowed to provide meal plans!

  • Of course! Most of my clients are NOT competitive athletes. I work with all types of people no matter your lifestyle or fitness level – ranging from those that are new to their fitness journey all the way to individuals that have been working out their whole life.

  • Your coach will write a personalized training program based on whatever equipment you have access to.

  • If you are someone that has goals involving losing fat, gaining muscle, training for a competition, maintaining, or improving your health, then 1:1 Coaching is for you.

    If you enjoy having accountability and guidance from a coach, individualized programming, and learning the “why” behind what you’re doing, this is for you.

  • Working with a coach is an investment in your health. We offer different options depending  on your goals and needs. Prices range from $250-450/month depending on the package you are interested in.
