First and foremost, I’m not just your personal cheerleader.

I’m going to actually guide you through the process, give constructive feedback, and help you work through the mindset roadblocks that come up.

You’ll learn HOW to eat, how to be mindful, and how to create balanced meals. You’ll learn what is in food and how to understand your own calorie intake based on your goals. You will also learn that you don’t need to restrict food groups or types of food to reach your goals.

Handing you a meal plan doesn’t teach you anything except how to follow the rules. I want you to actually learn the why behind how things work so that you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing. Understanding = better follow through.
